Software requirements
This page provides information about requirements and recommendations before ADP ES installation.
Operating system
ADP ES supports only x86_64 architecture and the following operating systems:

NOTE
If you are using Astra Linux, specify the JAVA_HOME configuration parameter of the ADP cluster. Java 17 is available in the extended repository of Astra Linux, but it is not recommended to use the Astra Linux extended repository on servers with an ADP ES cluster. To set JAVA_HOME, open the Configuration tab on the ADP ES cluster’s page in ADCM UI, activate the Use custom JAVA_HOME for cluster toggle, and set JAVA_HOME to a path to the directory with JDK. ADCM
It is required to use ADCM 2.8.0 or higher.
SELinux
SELinux must be turned off. The full guide about this operation you can find in the Install ADCM section.
Antivirus
It is recommended to switch off any antivirus software before ADP ES installation and during the ADP ES operation process. In case of using antivirus, please contact your antivirus software vendor to find out the settings required to use ADP ES.
Arenadata Prosperity (ADP) cluster
ADP ES supports ADP v16.3.6 and higher.

CAUTION
Interaction with an ADP cluster that has SSL encryption or scram-sha-256 authentication enabled is currently not supported.
