Arenadata Platform Security installation
Apache Ranger — framework to enable, monitor and manage comprehensive data security across the Hadoop platform. Apache Ranger can also be used to secure data in Kafka.
To install Apache Ranger, synchronize it with the ADS cluster and create a Kafka policy, a specialized product is used — the Arenadata Platform Security (ADPS) cluster.
The Apache Ranger service as part of an ADPS cluster includes the following components:
